How much will I be charged for delivery?

This varies depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. The good news is we offer One Delivery Fee for orders above a certain threshold – this means you can order multiple pieces for one fee. Typically, we charge £25(GBP) per order in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and £40 (GBP) for global orders. The precise delivery fee will be displayed at the checkout.

Do you offer Same Day delivery?

No, we cannot provide a Same Day delivery service at the moment.

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

Once your order is confirmed, we'll send it within 2 business days. Depending on your location and selected delivery method, delivery can take 2-7 business days. If you ordered both a in-stock product and a pre-sale product, your items will arrive separately.

We'll email you with the tracking information and an estimated delivery date when each item is sent.

Can I cancel my SLEEPOVRSLEEP order or make changes to it?

Yes, you may be able to cancel some items before we prepare your order.

You cannot add items to an existing order, but you can place a new order for any additional pieces. For more information.

Changed your mind? No problem, we allow order cancellations before the order is prepared.

How to cancel your order:

  1. Select the items you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation
  2. We'll email you confirmation of your cancelled order

We cannot cancel your order if your order has already been prepared. For more information on cancelling and returning orders, find our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

If you've cancelled your order, you'll receive a full refund within 14 days, depending on your payment provider.

Made-to-order and customized items

Made-to-order and customized items can only be cancelled within 48 hours of placing your order. All you need to do is follow the steps above in your account.

INVENTORY

Our products are crafted in small quantities, meaning inventory levels may fluctuate. We make sure to indicate the current stock status when you make a purchase.

If a product is in-stock, feel free to place your order and we'll ensure it's dispatched within 2 business days. Should anything unexpected occur, we'll promptly communicate with you via email.

Pre-order items typically dispatch within a 15-day window. If this suits your needs, go ahead and place your order. In the case of any unforeseen delays beyond this period, we'll take the responsibility to inform you via email.

Changes and cancellations to your delivery
